This has always been one of my favourite quotes. I often use it when that voice says to me you must or should or whatever. I am so glad to be back on your blog. It lives up to its name and is a haven for all who have the good fortune to come here.

It is wonderful that you have chosen this path on this journey called life. It is not easy and will test you all the way. I used to ask, “Why can’t I encourage this mind of mine to live in each instant granted me.” Until I realised that “can’t” had nothing to do with it. The question that needed to be asked is, “Why won’t I encourage this mind etc. ….”.
All the best and I understand your frustration – but there is an answer and always has been.
